Big Drill mini Lathe

MINDLESS BORING: A big drill bit chucked in a 1/2 inch Phase ll drill chuck on a MT#2 taper arbor in the tail stock of my mini lathe. In this video you will see what is involved when trying to use full size machine tools in a 7x12 lathe. Using quality machine tools will help you be more accurate, with your projects, be safer and last longer.

The Phase ll drill chuck is much higher quality the the chuck that ships with many mini lathes, while looking huge it fits, and holds great although the MT# taper will need be trimmed to length.
