replace battery rc helicopter
many rc helicopter toys have non replicable LiPO (lithium polymer) batteries. A replacement battery can be installed in your remote control helicopter with the use of a soldering iron. In this video I show you how to remove and replace a battery in a syma 107 type helicopter with a 3.7 volt lipo battery, from a donor helicopter in the parts bin. Having 2 rc helicopters of the same make and model and using the same battery makes the battery swap pretty much a straight forward operation, I recommend a good magnifying glass when working on, and soldering electronic components of the micro size of an rc helicopter. I use a 30 watt soldering iron to make the electric connections to the replacement battery.
